Payment Policy
Final payment for puppy is required to be made no later  than seven
(7) business days prior to shipping.   Payments must clear through
bank PRIOR to shipping  puppy. Payment methods are accepted
through Wire Transfer or Western Union only.  I do not accept PayPal.

Refund Policy
If your deposit has been made and you fail to pay the remaining
balance, I will contact you by phone and e-mail to let you know that
the remaining balance must be paid in full within a certain amount of
time. Failure to make the remaining payment at the time specified by
me, will negate your deposit and I will relist the puppy as being
available.  Deposits Are Not  refundable.  Your deposit can be applied
to another  puppy when one becomes available should you decide
you want another puppy, pricing may vary with available puppies,
within a reasonable and specific time frame.

If a situation should occur where a refund is needed,  shipping
charges, kennel charges, veterinary care, micro  chip, or health
certificates are not included in the refund.  

If shipping a "replacement puppy", buyer assumes responsibility for
all shipping charges; refunds do not apply to shipping  charges.

Shipping
Charges for shipping are $325, which includes airline ticket, travel
kennel, health certificate, and letter of acclamation--non-refundable.

Please be advised that there may be situations when shipping by air
that unexpected delays happen and rescheduling may be necessary;
an example is if temperatures do not meet the criteria to safely ship
the puppy due to extreme heat/cold prohibiting puppy's flight. Please
be aware that flights can be cancelled by airlines, and ARE
rescheduled by me for the next soonest available flight; delays are
also a possibility. We all do our best to see your puppy is safely
shipped to you on the day scheduled. Your patience and
understanding is greatly appreciated.
     
Please Note: If you pick up your puppy from our facility, prices do not
include a travel crate, you will need to bring your own to transport
your puppy. We do welcome you to come.

If you have additional questions or need information or clarification,

this form prior to receiving your puppy, this is for your protection as
well as ours.  I'll be happy to answer any questions, concerns, etc. for
you.  We sincerely appreciate your interest in our puppies and will do
our best to assist you in making one of our babies a new member of
your household.  Thank you!
